Ms. Holder obtained her first law degree in Latvia, studying local and international law of the European Union. After relocating to the United States in 2003, Oksana earned her Masters Degree in Business Administration and began studying American law at the University of Arizona. Ms. Holder immerses herself in every case, meticulously analyzing every aspect to obtain the best possible outcome for her clients. Fervently protective of the best interests of children, she thrives in seeing the difference her work makes in their lives.
